Join our team as a Part-Time Resident Services Coordinator in Tempe, AZ!

Looking for meaningful, part-time work that fits your schedule? We're seeking a Part-Time Resident Services Coordinator at Gracie's Village in Tempe, AZ-a close-knit, 50-unit affordable housing community supported by LIHTC and HOME programs, in partnership with Gracie's Ministries.

If you love bringing people together, hosting events, and being a trusted support for others, this role offers the chance to do all of that-and more. You'll work closely with residents and community partners to create programs that strengthen lives and build a sense of belonging, all in a flexible, part-time role

What You'll Do:

  • Build meaningful relationships with residents and community partners to support resident success and well-being.

  • Design, coordinate, and host resident programs such as the after-school program and community events in partnership with local organizations.

  • Provide one-on-one support to residents, connecting them with employment, education, and supportive services.

  • Assess resident needs and interests to create relevant, impactful programming.

  • Maintain accurate program documentation and reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Collaborate with property management to promote housing stability and a positive community environment.

  • Create and share monthly resident communications, including newsletters and calendars.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, sociology, psychology, counseling, or related field preferred.

  • Minimum two years of similar experience, including but not limited to, Social Work, Social Services, Behavioral Health, or Non-Profit.

  • Ability to work independently and create projects and programs autonomously.

  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and communication skills required.

  • Availability M-F in the afternoons, including some weekends.

  • Intermediate computer experience, specifically with Microsoft Office.

  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid Drivers License.
