| Position Purpose |
To serve as a consultant and trouble-shooter to members of the Dartmouth Medical School community on a broad range of largely conventional, personal computer-related applications and technologies for which relevant guidelines are generally available. |

- Broad knowledge of the capabilities and operating characteristics of: personal computers including Windows and Apple machines; mainstream word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, and productivity software; mobile devices (including iOS and Android); personal computer peripherals.
