The Floor Machine Operator ensures clean, safe, and well-maintained facilities under government contracts by operating floor care equipment, maintaining standards, and supporting Didlake's mission through quality work and teamwork.

What You Will Do

• Operate floor machines (scrubbers, burnishers, polishers) safely and efficiently.

• Clean and maintain floors and common areas include corridors, restrooms, stairways, lobbies, and other assigned spaces.

• Perform basic preventive maintenance on equipment per SOPs.

• Sweep, mop, scrub, polish floors, clean restrooms, empty trash, replenish supplies, and polish fixtures.

• Follow all safety standards, company policies, and contract requirements.

• Report maintenance issues or equipment damage to the supervisor.

• Work collaboratively with team members and maintain professional conduct.

• Complete required Didlake training and other duties as assigned.
