A leading banking company on the island is seeking an experienced, supportive, and organized Customer Service Support Specialist to join its Service Delivery Division. In this role, you will provide critical support to branches, call centers, and other departments by assisting customers with resolving operational inquiries and concerns.
*Key Responsibilities:* * Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues efficiently. * Support branch and call center teams with escalated calls and complex situations. * Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions. * Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while managing multiple priorities. * Ability to multi-task and manage escalation calls effectively. * Ability to work in a small team. * Opportunity to learn banking operations and grow into various areas within the organization. *Qualifications* * 2+ years of progressively responsible experience in an office environment. * Familiarity with technology systems. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to handle confidential matters judiciously. * Excellent attention to detail with strong follow-through. * Ability to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines. * Good time management skills. * Able to work Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm HST in person. *Job Type & Location*This is a Permanent position based out of Honolulu, HI. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
