Summary of Job Description:

The Product Supply Analyst position works closely with Panda's distribution partners, sourcing team, suppliers, distribution services team and other cross-functional teams to monitor inventory levels, ensure continuity of supply to Operators is maintained and supports successful execution of stakeholder initiatives. This position serves as a liaison between sourcing teams, suppliers, and Panda distribution partners to support the resolution of inventory related issues on a timely basis. The Product Supply Analyst supports, tracks and evaluates the performance of suppliers' inventory position, maintains the Product Supply inventory tracking systems, and assists with product supply activities in support of new projects and Stakeholder initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Works collaboratively with sourcing team supervisor suppliers, and distribution partners to resolve supply disruptions, manage inventory, and allocate inventory as needed
  • Communicates and follows up with all stakeholders using established standards.Completes accurate and timely OpsAlerts to ensure Operations actions and impacts are communicated.Updates stakeholders on all activities related to programs and tracks programs as required through the company's program management system.
  • Supports the evaluation of vendor production plans and provides recommendations for contingency plans as necessary. Contributes to improvements and changes to processes, systems, and analysis to ensure continuity of supply and minimize obsolescence and delivery expense. Takes immediate and timely action to address issues or risks and ensure continuity of supply.
  • Provides project support to new product launches, new item tests, product transitions, limited time offers (LTOs), and other supply chain initiatives.Collaborates with cross-functional teams and internal Supply Chain teams to establish project timelines and deliverables.
  • Utilizes a variety of tools and reports to proactively evaluate, analyze, identify, confirm, and address gaps in supply and manage risk. Maintains and monitors dashboards, prepares and analyzes ad hoc reports, and presents analysis, insights and recommendations to appropriate audiences.
  • Analyzes and interprets Key Performance Indicators to identify areas for improvement of inventory management to recommend action plans. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders.

Your background & experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum three years of relevant experience, preferably in a multi-unit food service organization
  • If hired, successful completion of annual store training
  • Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.

Pay Range: P2: $34.86 - $48.56 / Per Hour

* Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
