Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary internal sales contact for Dealers, offering prompt support through phone, email, video, and CRM communication.
- Provide guidance through consults on product selection/design, estimates, applications, and help answer technical questions to resolution.
- Follow up on outstanding quotes to help increase conversion rates and support territory sales goals.
- Act as a resource for rep agencies by providing product updates, sales tools, and day-to-day support
- Assist in onboarding new rep partners, ensuring they receive the necessary materials, systems access, and foundational training to succeed.
- Develop and deliver training for manufacturer rep agents on products, systems, sales processes, and best practices.
- Contribute to the creation and improvement of sales tools, documentation, and standard operating procedures.
Education and/or Experience
- Must possess a high school diploma. Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.
Travel
This position requires minimal to light travel. Less than 15% of time. Computer Skills
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI and Outlook).
- Demonstrated proficiency using EPICOR ERP, Hubspot-CRM, Quest, Design Software or similar systems, preferred.
