Job Title: Senior Director, Transactions Support Location: Northville, MI Tenneco is one of the world's leading designers, manufacturers and marketers of automotive products for original equipment and aftermarket customers. Through our DRiV, Performance Solutions, Clean Air and Powertrain business groups, Tenneco is driving advancements in global mobility by delivering technology solutions for light vehicle, commercial truck, offhighway, industrial, motorsport and the aftermarket. The Senior Director, Transactions Support is responsible for leading and executing integration strategies for newly acquired (or divested) companies to ensure the seamless alignment of operations, culture, systems, and processes. This role oversees cross-functional integration planning, risk mitigation, value-capture initiatives, and change management activities to achieve the goals established in the deal thesis. The Senior Director partners closely with Executive Leadership, Finance, HR, IT, Operations, and business unit leaders to maximize deal value and minimize disruption. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Minimum Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Strategy, or related field required. MBA or advanced degree preferred. Experience: 8-12+ years of experience in M&A integration, corporate development, management consulting, program management, or related fields. Proven track record leading large-scale integrations or transformation programs. Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional corporate environments.
