Product Operations Specialist I

ACCOUNTABILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Update and maintain Supplier/SM assignments in various databases & spreadsheets including the Products Supplier List in SharePoint.
• Maintain all spreadsheets and databases associated with POS and Inventory reports.
• Review accuracy of POS & Inventory data as requested by internal and external customers.
• Responsible for Products Inbox and loading meetings onto Mouser's Visitor Calendar.
• Responsible for uploading TTI part numbers into Mouser system for shared suppliers.
• The use of Excel macros will be key to the Specialist position to increase productivity and data management.
• A general understanding of Access and a familiarity with reporting and database management through Access will be key to increasing productivity and data management.
• Regular attendance at work is an essential function of the job.
• Responsible for assisting and supporting specific projects as required.
• Executes all other tasks, duties, and responsibilities as assigned by the management team.

• Skill Evaluation: Math 80%, Spelling 80%, Typing 40 wpm, Advanced Excel 80%.
