Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work remotely with our client. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • You'll help to bring opportunities for seamless, scalable, and customer-centric experiences to life by researching, analyzing, and designing customer experience improvements.
  • Plan and conduct qualitative customer research activities and quantitative testing throughout the project lifecycle, including collaborative sessions with customers and development partners to validate designs and make iterative improvements.
  • Plan and lead ideation workshops with cross-functional partners to define and shape feasible and coordinated solutions.
  • Envision and visualize new customer journeys and experiences and bring them to life through creative storytelling / Create "beta" experiences of service flows (e.g., role-play, Wizard of Oz testing, clickable workflows).
  • Demonstrate thought leadership by engaging with designers throughout the company and beyond to share best practices and promote collaboration.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $50.00/hr.

Hours: 40 hours/week.

Length: Contract (February through the end of 2026).

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer experience design, service design, human-centered design, or UX design.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Ability to design whole systems, not just interface elements or static pages.
  • Ability to rapidly prototype large-scale concepts as well as smaller, more thoughtful individual interactions.
  • Comfort working in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
  • Great listening skills.
  • Interest and comfort in applying AI tools in practice and to stay up to date with AI-led experience benchmarks.
  • A passion for improving the customer experience, solving problems, and leading collaboration across teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • A highly ambitious and entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
