Horseshoe Bay Resort is seeking a sophisticated and results-driven AM Supervisor to oversee morning food and beverage operations at the Summit Clubhouse. As a critical leader within our F&B department, you will ensure that our members and guests receive an unparalleled upscale experience as they begin their day in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. The Venue: Jack's Named in honor of golf legend Jack Nicklaus, Jack's is an exclusive retreat located on the second level of the Summit Rock Clubhouse. Designed for our highest-tier members, it offers a refined atmosphere of local limestone and panoramic views of Lake LBJ. As the AM Supervisor, you are the face of the resort during the most critical hours of the day, ensuring the "Summit Standard" is set the moment the doors open. Your Impact: Elevated Operations & Leadership The AM Supervisor's main function is to ensure total guest satisfaction through the development of a strong team environment. You are a "floor-first" leader; while you possess the administrative skills to handle scheduling and budgets, your primary impact is made through active presence and "Aggressive Hospitality." Education
Bachelors of Hospitality and Resort Management (preferred)
Associates of Hospitality and Resort Management (preferred) High School (required) Licenses & Certifications
