As a Patrol Armed Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol government-related locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence. This is an armed post. You will conduct routine patrols and engage with the public, delivering exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as required.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing de-escalation techniques when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including business areas and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential threats and offer reassurance to employees and visitors at the location.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other areas for unusual or suspicious activity, reporting findings according to site protocols.
• Assist with access control by verifying credentials and monitoring the flow of individuals entering and/or leaving the premises.
• Document observations, incidents, and activities accurately in daily reports and/or incident logs as required by Allied Universal and client protocols.
• Respond to alarms and other emergency situations, coordinating with local law enforcement and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of armed security, law enforcement, or military experience is required.
• An armed guard card or license is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
