You will help to deter incidents by coordinating patrols and responding to calls, while delivering exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Operate dispatch systems to monitor and coordinate security-related activities throughout the residential location.
• Receive, document, and communicate information regarding incidents, emergencies, and service requests to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of all calls, incidents, and security-related activity in the dispatch log.
• Support responding officers by providing timely and accurate information during critical situations.
• Communicate professionally with residents, guests, and staff to address inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.
• Follow site-specific policies, procedures, and emergency response protocols as directed by Allied Universal and client requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 5 years of security-related experience is required.
• At least 2 years of armed law enforcement, or military experience is required.
• College degree in criminal justice
• An armed guard card or license is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
