Medical Assistants (MA) in the medical office setting supports providers by delivering direct and indirect patient care in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner. The MA may assist with clinical procedures, maintains accurate documentation, and provides administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. The MA functions within their defined scope of practice (based on office type clinic/HOD), under supervision, and in alignment with Mercy's mission and standards of care.

Monday - Thursday: 8AM - 5:30PM Friday/Saturday: occasional Join this lively urogyn practice known around the world for 25+ years. With great hours, on-the-job training, and a pleasant working environment, this is the ideal office setting to work in. This practice is renowned for excellence in providing specialized and compassionate care for women. Job Description Overview: 1. Communicate regularly with providers and staff 2. Triage patient calls Assess/evaluate their needs Discuss needs with providers and communicate actions back to the patients Act in kindness and show compassion to all who call 3. Room patients for providers (take vitals, perform urine collections) 4. Assist providers with in-office procedures (cystoscopies, bladder injections, laser therapy). On the job training provided. Education: High School diploma or GED. Licensure: Requires current Medical Assistant certification Experience: Minimum of one to two years clinical experience. New graduates considered.
