Application Developer Washington, DC Pay From: $120,000 per year MUST: Experienced Application Developer 7+ years of experience Extensive experience with Microsoft SQL Server and the T-SQL programming language required. Responsibilities include Database Design and Development, Query Optimization, Performance Tuning, and Technical Support. Familiarity with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) required. Good understanding of database security required. Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) desired. Experience with C#/.NET and Visual Studio desired. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and documentation skills Bachelors Degree DUTIES: We seek a senior SQL Server Applications Developer with demonstrated expertise in designing, implementing, and supporting sophisticated database applications built on SQL Server. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience developing, securing, and supporting SQL Server based applications. Design, develop, and maintain database applications to support complex system requirements Write, analyze, and optimize SQL queries and scripts Develop and maintain database solutions following Agile methodologies Implement deployment procedures and release management for database changes Ensure database performance, security, and reliability through proactive monitoring Collaborate with development teams to optimize database design and query performance Provide technical support for end users Proven track record managing SQL Server database applications in production settings Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
