MUST:

Experienced Software Support & Maintenance Engineer

3-6 years of experience in software support, operations, or maintenance engineering.

Strong practical experience with: .NET / C#, Python, Angular

Experience with relational databases and SQL

Hands on experience with REST API's. Git, ITSM tools

Knowledge of aviation systems or aeronautical data standards (AIM, AIXM, NOTAM, SWIM).

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.

DUTIES:

Resolve complex L2/L2+ incidents involving application logic, cloud infrastructure, and database layers.

Perform deep technical analysis using logs, metrics, traces, and database diagnostics.

Identify root causes for recurring incidents and implement corrective and preventive measures.

Escalate architectural or core code issues to L3 with well-documented findings and impact analysis.

Application Support & Maintenance

Troubleshoot backend services (.NET / C#, Python) and frontend applications (Angular).

Implement minor code fixes, configuration changes, and controlled data corrections under change management.

Support application releases, hotfixes, and post-deployment validation in Azure environments.

Assist with CI/CD pipeline validation and deployment troubleshooting.
