What you'll do

Our Program Management organization ensures cross-team alignment and drives successful program execution and launches of new features, integrations, and operational improvements. We are looking for an intern to help us automate and streamline program-management workflows and gain hands-on experience in both AI and product management. As an Intern on the Program Management team, you will collaborate with program managers, data scientists, and engineers to identify manual and repetitive tasks ripe for automation.

This role is not eligible for CPT, OPT or sponsorship now or in the future.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to Sr. Manager, Program Management.

Responsibility

  • Conduct user research and process mapping to understand pain points in current workflows
  • Define product requirements and success metrics for AI-driven automation tools
  • Work with ML engineers to prototype, test, and iterate on intelligent assistants, recommendation engines, or workflow-automation bots
  • Develop simple dashboards or reports to monitor model performance and user adoption
  • Present findings and roadmaps to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into subsequent iterations

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, Business, or a related field

  • Experience with SDLC and Product Management Lifecycle

  • Experience with basic programming (Python, JavaScript, or similar) and data analysis tools (Pandas, SQL)

  • Experience with Google Suite

  • Graduating December 2026, May/June 2027

Preferred

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to break down complex processes

  • Self-starter mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication-comfortable conducting interviews and presenting to stakeholders

  • Prior internship or coursework in product management, UX research, or AI/ML

  • Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) or no-code/low-code AI platforms

  • Understanding of process-automation tools (Zapier, UiPath, Power Automate)


Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California: $31/hour - $41/hour
