Overview

SITECH Northeast is seeking a Warranty Administrator based in our North Syracuse Headquarters. Warranty Administrators are responsible for providing warranty support to sales, service, and parts departments. They have full ownership of the warranty claim process by providing complete start-to-finish resolution.

Pay Range: Starting pay range is $25.00 - $28.00 per hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Enroll equipment in Trimble Protection Plans and Extended Service coverage.
  • Review, process, and invoice work orders received for service performed if a valid warranty claim applies.
  • Process claims in a timely fashion, using SITECH/Trimble guidelines.
  • Review claim settlements to ensure accurate payment from Trimble.
  • Provide quotes for customer fleet Protection Plans.
  • Maintain visibility on the status of claims submitted pending disposition; follow-up or expedite as required.
  • Process claims from other vendors in the SITECH Northeast portfolio as needed.
  • Create a renewal strategy to capture post sale warranty business prior to existing plan expiration.
  • Process other subscription plan activations and renewals.


Qualifications

To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and ability required.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (phone and email communication is frequent in this role)
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft AX, Internet/Email, Microsoft Word and Excel, and comfortable with the use of computers
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with the ability focus and remove distraction
  • Provide a high level of customer service, with the goal of exceeding customer expectations
  • Work as a team player
