Job Overview:
Join a high-impact team driving continuous improvement within a leading aerospace organization. We"re looking for a Quality Systems Project Engineer with strong knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform to support and enhance quality management processes across multiple sites. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to operational excellence and digital transformation within the aerospace sector.

Responsibilities:
*Own the full lifecycle of quality procedure documents - including audits, edits, approvals, and controlled publication.
*Collaborate closely with Belcan and client Quality Management System (QMS) teams to ensure compliance and project goals are met.
*Lead and participate in regular meetings, providing updates and tracking metrics related to documentation and quality processes.
*Develop, enhance, and maintain automation tools using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to improve quality workflows.
*Support audit readiness and compliance initiatives across multiple sites.

Core Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
* 1-3 years of relatable aerospace industry experience preferred.
* Skills using MS Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Automate)
* Exposure to quality management systems (QMS) and quality engineering procedures.
* Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
* Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
* Proactive, efficient, and entrepreneurial mindset.
* Due to the nature of the work US Citizenship is required.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
* Experience in aerospace maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) environments.
* Active or previous Secret Security Clearance strongly preferred.

Belcan provides a competitive pay and benefits package. Salary guidelines for similar roles at Belcan are $64,000-75,000 per year. Guidelines vary based on many factors including but not limited to education, qualifications, experience, discipline, geographic location, market, and business considerations.
