needed for a contract
opportunity with Yoh's Primary Care clinic located in Eustis, FL. This NP must have strong Primary Care experience.

Schedule:
M-F 8a-4:30p AND one Sat every third month
Duration:
1/17-5/23 with possible extension or direct placement
Pay: $68-75/hr DOE

What You'll Be Doing:

• Conducts physical exams and preventive health measures per guidelines
• Performs procedures such as injections, suturing, wound care, and infection management
• Develops patient care plans, records progress, and ensures continuity of care
• Educates patients on treatment plans, health maintenance, and development
• Orders and interprets diagnostic tests to assess clinical conditions
• Collaborates with physicians and healthcare teams for comprehensive care
• Prescribes or recommends treatments, including medications and therapies
• Refers patients to specialists or physicians as needed
• Maintains patient health records ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation and records
• Educates and coaches nursing staff on best practices
• Performs other duties as assigned

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

• All nurse practitioner licenses/certificates to practice
• BLS upon hire
• 3+ years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in an ambulatory care, occupational health, family practice, emergency department, or related setting
• Experience in phlebotomy and administering injections
• Experience with Epic is preferred
