As a key player, you'll lead multidisciplinary teams, manage multiple projects from conception to closeout, and contribute directly to the enhancement of the energy grid.

Required skills include strong project management expertise, exceptional leadership abilities, and proficiency in coordinating complex projects across various disciplines. You should possess excellent communication skills, risk management aptitude, and a solid understanding of utility infrastructure projects.

Nice to have skills encompass experience with transmission and substation projects, familiarity with client gate approval processes, and knowledge of environmental, real estate, or construction coordination.

Preferred dducation and experience involve a bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field, along with 5+ years of relevant project management experience within the utility or energy sector.

Other Requirements include a safety-first mindset, willingness to travel 15-25% primarily to client sites and the Akron, OH, office, and eligibility for a flex 9/80 schedule.
