  • Summary: Provides support to Student Affairs Services including Academic Advising and Placement Testing. Basic responsibilities include answering the phone, greeting students and others, making appointments, taking messages, filing, and ensuring timely response to students in need of immediate attention. Assistance with event planning, project management, and marketing student events is also required.
  • Required Qualifications:
    • High school diploma
    • Accurate word processing skills, knowledge of good English usage and grammar, and the ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience with computer information systems, record keeping, calendaring, and report writing
    • Familiarity with issues of diversity and strong customer service skills
