Location:Lee Memorial Hospital -2776 Cleveland Ave Fort Myers FL 33901 Department: Emergency Services Work Type: PRN Shift: Shift 1/7:00:00AM to 7:00:00PM Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$22.16 - $22.16 / hour SummaryProvides patient care duties under the guidance and direction of the Registered Nurse. Responsible for implementing components of the plan of care through the initiation/completion of procedures relating to basic human, mental health and social needs, comfort, safety and emergency measures; activities of daily living; personal care needs; nutrition and fluid and elimination needs. Requirements Educational Requirements Degree/Diploma Obtained Program of Study Required/Preferred and/or Enrolled as a Nursing Student in an accredited Registered Nurse program or approved Licensed Practical Nurse program. Experience Requirements Minimum Years Required Area of Experience Required/Preferred and/or The student must have completed the foundations or fundamentals semester of their nursing program. Student will provide an official transcript to Recruitment. State of Florida Licensure Requirements Licenses Required/Preferred and/or Preferred and/or Basic Life Support (BLS) current for a minimum of 90 days after hire date. Proof of American Heart Association Healthcare Provider. Other RequirementsA competency skills checklist appropriate to the job description will be given to the applicant by Human Resources Recruitment. Applicant should complete this form and bring to manager interview, in order that manager can discuss future orientation needs.
