From billing questions to portal navigation, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional service experience. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates with confidence, and enjoys turning challenges into solutions. *What You'll Do* * Provide friendly, accurate assistance to customers by phone, chat, and email regarding billing questions, payments, account concerns, and portal navigation. * Take ownership of each customer interaction, ensuring requests are handled efficiently, professionally, and with a focus on resolution. * Analyze information, think critically, and make sound decisions that support the customer and the business. * Perform basic math (percentages, addition, division, subtraction) to help customers understand billing details. * Navigate multiple internal systems to research issues, verify information, and document interactions. * Maintain established productivity, accuracy, and quality standards in a fast-paced contact center environment. * Learn and follow all company policies, compliance requirements, and regulatory standards (including SOX and PCI). * Support additional tasks and projects as needed, including occasional overtime during high-volume periods. *What You Bring* * Strong communication skills-clear, professional, and customerfocused, both verbally and in writing. * Ability to make quick, informed decisions while maintaining a calm, positive customer experience. * Proficiency in computer usage, including Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams), multi-monitor navigation, and cloud-based tools. * Professionalism, accountability, reliability, and pride in delivering exceptional service. * Strong problemsolving abilities and the capability to handle competing demands with confidence. *Education & Experience* * High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or a degree is a plus. * 1-2 years of customer service experience, ideally in a fast-paced, high-volume contact center. * Experience handling billing, payments, or account support is helpful. *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract to Hire position based out of O Fallon, MO. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
