The Opportunity

Interested in helping Adobe scale to meet the needs of thousands of our most valuable customers? We are looking for a Product Manager who enjoys solving problems, collaborates easily, and embodies all of Adobe's core values (Genuine, Exceptional, Innovative, Involved).

As a member of the Buying Programs organization, you will work in close partnership with multiple teams to prioritize and drive projects that are top-of-mind for the business. This is an outstanding opportunity to collaborate with product, engineering, go-to-market, and sales teams in addition to all supporting functions in Finance and Operations!

This position requires someone who can jump from high-level strategic problem solving to execution seamlessly. The ideal candidate will also have business savvy to understand the appropriate considerations needed for thoughtful decision-making, has a strong internal drive, and a track record of leading projects from end to end.

What You'll Do

  • Develop 6-9+ month roadmaps and build cases to prioritize (and re-prioritize) work against the roadmap. Drive product feature planning and technical requirements definition while focusing on timely delivery of value.
  • Lead cross-functional projects by providing project leadership from inception to delivery. Drive ground-breaking, business-impacting initiatives by translating long-term strategies into solutions.
  • Work in Jira, wiki, and other collaborative tools to lead project status and working meetings, evaluate risks and issues, and overall solution delivery. Define clear acceptance criteria and collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and end users to develop and carry out test plans.
  • Connect with stakeholders on an ongoing basis to clearly understand their needs and problems. Have a detailed understanding of business and platform strategy to influence decision making, business rationale, and key findings to stakeholdersat different levels across the organization.
  • Champion the creation and upkeep of system and process documentation for transparency and scalability.

What you need to succeed

  • Relevant Bachelor's degree and/or an advanced degree in a related field or equivalent practical; scrum and business change management certification a strong plus
  • 3+ years of full-time, meaningful, and relevant work experience; experience in a pricing-focusedis a strong plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to research and identify issues, root cause, and proposed resolution
  • Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills at all levels of the organization
  • Proven confidence and flexibility in dynamic environments with ability to adapt to shifting priorities
  • Approach work with positive energy, curiosity, and a commitment to continuous learning
  • Nice to have skills include: experience with Jira, SAP, Atlassian Confluence, Tableau, Salesforce.com/Dynamics 365, and automation

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $93,900 -- $180,650 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $124,700 - $180,650

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
