Aquent is partnering with a rapidly growing, private equity-backed data and technology company that is revolutionizing the marketing intelligence space. Our client is seeking a hands-on, tactical and strategic Creative Director to join their dynamic marketing leadership team and spearhead design initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will define and elevate the brand's visual presence, making a profound impact on how their sophisticated products are communicated and perceived in the market. You will be the driving force behind their go-to-market strategy, translating complex data solutions into compelling and accessible narratives that resonate with their customers and drive real business growth.

The Role:

* Drive the design strategy for all go-to-market initiatives, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand presence.

* Oversee and execute all aspects of design, including digital campaigns, social media content, print materials, and event collateral.

* Transform complex product information into clear, compelling infographics and engaging video concepts that simplify understanding for their audience.

* Implement robust design processes, manage resources effectively, and ensure timely communication of deliverables to stakeholders.

* Collaborate strategically with external agencies on website development, video production, and the refinement of our evolving visual identity.

* Plan and coordinate the seamless roll-out of new brand elements and website updates, ensuring consistency and ease of implementation.

* Champion creativity and fresh ideas, bringing innovative solutions to business challenges within an open-minded and receptive environment.

* Work closely with an experienced and motivated marketing leadership team to achieve ambitious growth targets.

Requirements:

* 8 to 12 years of design experience across print, digital and events.

* Extensive portfolio showcasing expertise across a broad range of design disciplines, including digital, infographics, social, print, and event design.

* Demonstrated ability to simplify complex information into clear, engaging visual formats, such as infographics and video storyboards.

* Strong understanding and experience in implementing design processes, resource management, brief taking, and stakeholder communication.

* Experience collaborating with and managing external agencies for significant design projects, including websites and video production.

* Exceptional organizational skills and a track record of successful planning and coordination for large-scale brand initiatives.

* A strategic mindset with the ability to connect design initiatives directly to business objectives and growth.

* Experience within the data, technology, or marketing intelligence sectors.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $150k - $160k. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
