Overview

TA Instruments, a division of Waters Corporation, is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to support the development, management, and execution of innovative, multi-channel marketing campaigns. As a developer and manufacturer of industry-leading systems in thermal analysis, rheology, microcalorimetry, and mechanical analysis, we market to diverse segments, including life sciences, advanced materials/polymers, batteries, medical devices, and other markets.

In this role, reporting to the Marketing Automation Manager, you will work cross-functionally to assist in project management and execution of targeted demand generation strategies that support the launch of world-changing products empowering the characterization of the most innovative materials.

This is an exciting opportunity for candidates looking to start and grow their career in marketing. You will work in partnership with highly skilled, customer-focused, data-driven professionals across product management, segment marketing, regional marketing, digital marketing, scientific applications, and PR/communications.

This position will be hybrid at our TA Instruments' New Castle, Delaware facility.


Typical tasks of the position include, but are not limited to

    Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's demand generation strategy and campaign performance.
  • Draft and design email marketing content, including promotional emails and drip campaigns, ensuring timely execution.
  • Create engaging and shareable content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and promote customer engagement.
  • Manage the editorial calendar for email and social media content to ensure consistent and on-time delivery.
  • Contribute to the creation of inbound marketing content such as blog posts, landing pages, and eBooks.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of email and social media campaigns; prepare reports and share insights with stakeholders.
  • Ensure all marketing materials comply with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (agencies, contractors, suppliers) to deliver high-quality marketing assets.
  • Support broader marketing initiatives, including product launches and campaign deliverables, as needed.


The successful candidate will have a combination of knowledge, skills, and experience that would include the following

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse, cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and email marketing concepts.
  • Graphic design experience is a plus.
  • Flexible, proactive team player; eager to take initiative and adapt to changing priorities.
