QPS is looking for a Director of Accelerate at our Corporate Headquarters in Brookfield, WI. The Director of Accelerate is responsible for driving delivery excellence, operational performance, and profitable growth within a high-impact professional staffing division. This role carries full P&L responsibility with a primary focus on execution, fulfillment, and client delivery outcomes, supported by targeted sales partnership and strategic client engagement.
This leader partners closely with sales, operations, and recruiting to ensure commitments made to clients are executed at the highest level. The Director of Accelerate acts as the connective tissue between strategy and delivery-ensuring speed, quality, scalability, and consistency across client programs.
This is a hands-on, performance-driven role requiring strong operational instincts, deep staffing knowledge, and the ability to step in when delivery or client outcomes are at risk.
What You'll be Doing:
  • Lead recruiting team with a focus on speed-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and candidate experience.
  • Establish scalable recruiting strategies and capacity models
  • Ensure best-in-class sourcing strategies across databases, referrals, networking, cold outreach, digital platforms, and niche recruiting.
  • Support sales partners through solution design, delivery modeling, and operational input during pursuits and expansions.
  • Own P&L responsibility for Accelerate staffing division.
  • Forecast and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual performance metrics tied to delivery, profitability, and client satisfaction.
  • Translate revenue goals and client commitments into executable delivery plans across recruiting and operations.
What we Look For:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field (Master's preferred).
*7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, within staffing, professional, or workforce solutions.
* Strong business acumen with expertise in strategic planning.
* Proficient in CRM tools, data analytics, and performance tracking.
* Ability to travel as needed to support clients and field teams.
