Job Overview

The Project Coordinator will provide operational support to project managers to ensure projects are executed efficiently, on schedule, and within scope. This role is ideal for an organized, detailed oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is looking to grow in project management.

The Project Coordinator acts as a central point of coordination for project activities, documentation, schedules, and communication while enabling project managers to focus on delivery, risk management, and stakeholder leadership.

Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties

Project Support & Coordination



  • Support project managers with day-to-day project execution activities
  • Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and task trackers
  • Track project milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
  • Monitor task progress and follow up with team members on action items
  • Help identify and escalate risks, issues, and schedule deviations


Communication & Stakeholder Coordination



  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track decisions and action items
  • Serve as a point of contact for project-related communications
  • Support clear and timely communication between project teams and stakeholders


Documentation & Reporting



  • Maintain project documentation (charters, schedules, status reports, logs)
  • Update dashboards and project management tools with accurate data



Minimum Requirements



  • High School diploma or equivalent with at least two years of college level engineering, business, or management courses
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)



Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Demonstrated analytic and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Solid written and verbal communications skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong follow through and accountability



Hourly rate: $21.00 - $23.00
