Ellumen is seeking an experienced Data Architect / Database Lead to support the Navy's MyNavy Human Resources (HR) enterprise. Services include the sustainment, modernization, enhancement, cybersecurity, and operational support of mission-critical HR, manpower, and personnel systems. Role Summary: Provides leadership for data architecture, database design, and data management supporting manpower and personnel systems. Key Responsibilities: Design and maintain secure, scalable data architectures. Oversee database performance, integrity, and availability. Support data integration, reporting, and analytics needs. Ensure compliance with data governance and security requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. 7+ years of database and data architecture experience in federal environment. Experience supporting enterprise HR or personnel data systems. US Citizenship with ability to obtain federal clearance (active clearance preferred)
