Snowflake is about empowering enterprises to achieve their full potential - and people too. With a culture that's all in on impact, innovation, and collaboration, Snowflake is the sweet spot for building big, moving fast, and taking technology - and careers - to the next level. As the Head of Revenue Enablement Operations & Shared Services, you will be the architect of the infrastructure that powers Snowflake's global Go-To-Market (GTM) enablement engine. In our "Center of Excellence" model, you will lead a high-performing centralized team responsible for the systems, data, and processes that allow our audience-facing enablement teams to deliver world-class learning at speed. You aren't just managing tools; you are building a scalable, AI-accelerated platform for readiness. You will oversee our enablement tech stack, certification integrity, global program governance, and the specialized Snowflake environments used for customer education. Your mission is to ensure that every piece of content, every certification, and every data point is accurate, integrated, and optimized for an AI-first era.
Work Location: This position is based exclusively in Menlo Park, CA. Alternative locations are not available at this time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Systems Ownership: Own our enablement tech stack, including LMS (Learning Management System), CMS (Content Management System), and conversation intelligence tools, and customer-facing enablement platforms. Work cross-functionally with teams owning our broader tech stack as needed. AI Readiness: Ensure all platforms are optimized for AI-driven content surfacing, predictive coaching, and automated tagging to improve field searchability and personalization.
Set the standards across enablement: Creating a standardized intake, prioritization and program management approach that aligns with GTM priorities. Strategic Reporting: Define and deliver the KPIs for the entire enablement org. Build dashboards that track proficiency, adoption, and consumption, linking enablement activity to revenue outcomes. Roadmap Governance: Maintain the global GTM readiness roadmap, ensuring all audience pods are aligned and avoiding "enablement fatigue" in the field.
Credential Lifecycle: Own the operational delivery of Snowflake certifications, from exam proctoring and badge issuance to the long-term lifecycle of professional credentials. Quality Standards: Establish and enforce global standards for certification integrity, ensuring our credentials remain a gold standard in the industry.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidates must meet these criteria to be considered for the role.
Global Leadership & Scale: 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Enablement Operations, or Business Technology, with 5+ years leading global, high-performing teams across AMER, EMEA, and APJ. Shared Services Excellence: Proven track record of delivering a "Center of Excellence" (CoE) model, managing centralized infrastructure and standardized processes for decentralized, audience-facing delivery teams. Tech Stack Mastery: Deep architectural and administrative experience with a complex global enablement stack, including at least two of the following: Highspot, Mindtickle, Docebo, or Salesforce. Credentialing Operations: Direct experience owning the operational delivery of professional certification programs, including exam integrity, proctoring systems, and digital credential lifecycles. Infrastructure Governance: Experience managing a centralized global intake process using data-driven prioritization frameworks to align the roadmap with GTM priorities. Technical Environment Management: Demonstrated ability to oversee the reliability and security of technical training environments (sandboxes) used for field education and customer workshops. Consumption-Based Motion: Specialized experience building operational frameworks and taxonomies for a consumption-based business model (Land, Expand, and Consume). Revenue Data Literacy: Expert proficiency in translating raw GTM data into executive-level reporting that links enablement engagement directly to revenue outcomes (e.g., ramp time, win rates, and NRR). Global Systems Migration: Success leading large-scale, multi-region technical migrations for 2,000+ users with zero downtime and high field adoption.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
AI-Native Implementation: Proven success in designing an AI-first enablement architecture, including the use of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and automated metadata tagging to power predictive field coaching. Advanced Cloud Infrastructure: Hands-on experience scaling cloud-based lab environments for high-fidelity technical simulations and complex data migration role-plays. Predictive Analytics: Experience building closed-loop reporting systems that use machine learning or predictive modeling to identify which enablement activities best predict top-tier quota attainment. Change Management Mastery: Deep expertise in leading global organizational pivots, ensuring technical consistency while accounting for local cultural and compliance nuances.
