General Summary: The Business Development Executive - MDU is responsible for driving growth of internet, voice, and video services within multi-dwelling unit (MDU) and HOA communities by identifying opportunities, building relationships with developers, property owners, and management companies, and securing bulk and exclusive service agreements. This role manages the full sales cycle, including prospecting, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and contract execution, while collaborating with marketing, engineering, and project management teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure successful post-sale implementation. The position also maintains a pipeline of opportunities, monitors take rates, provides sales forecasting and reporting, and consistently works to meet or exceed revenue goals. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. 3 years' experience in MDU, HOA, or telecom sales is required. Demonstrated success driving revenue growth through sales, client relationship management, or business development in a B2B environment. Must be highly self-directed, competitive, and goal-oriented, with the ability to manage a full pipeline and multiple deals simultaneously.
