Job Title: Open Rank Faculty, Professor of PhysiologyDepartment: Biomedical Sciences (Cathy Hatcher)FLSA: United States of America (Exempt)Location: Philadelphia CampusPCOM is seeking a qualified individual at the Assistant or Associate Professor level to educate osteopathic medical students in Physiology. We are committed to preparing professionals for the dynamic landscape of healthcare, and we are seeking a highly motivated individual with expertise in Physiology to join our team. This faculty member will be expected to contribute to the college's commitment to advance knowledge and intellectual growth through teaching, to engage in scholarly activity related to medical education and research, and to support the well-being of the community through leadership and service. In addition, they will develop professional relationships with students for academic and career advisement. All faculty contribute to PCOM's mission through active participation on institutional and departmental committees and in other activities for the institution. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Teaching: 70%
Service: 15%
Scholarly activity/research: 15%
