Systems Engineer

Acara Solution is looking for a Systems Engineer for our client located in McLeansville, NC.

Here's what you'd do:

• As a systems engineer for Maritime and Strategic Systems, you'll join a cross-functional team responsible for the systems engineering, integration, and testing of an ongoing major Program of Record.
• This program is a multi-disciplined engineering one-of-a-kind system that provides enhanced Mission capability to our Customer.
• We need a highly motivated and fast learning Systems Engineer to join our mechanical Hardware Integrated Product Teams (IPT) in support of verification planning and test of deliverable mechanical components of the system.

• Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering or Science or Engineering or Technology or Mathematics with 2 years of experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Requirements Management and Development
• Minimum 2 years of experience in System Verification Planning and Development
• Minimum 2 years of experience in System Test Planning and Execution of large scale intregrated mechanical systems

• Master's Degree with 6 months of experience
• Mechanical background
• MBSE Proficiency (MagicDraw tool)
• Clear understanding of systems engineering concepts, principles, theories, and technical standards
• Clear understanding of requirements management and system modeling tools
• Creative thinker with the ability to grasp and apply new information quickly and handle increasing responsibilities with growing complexity

• Commitment to ongoing professional development for yourself and others.
