POSITION OVERVIEW: The Engineering Supervisor supports the day-to-day operations of the Engineering Department and assists with maintaining all hotel facilities, equipment, and systems in a safe, efficient, and guest-focused manner. This role is a hands-on leadership position responsible for supervising engineering associates, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and company policies. This position requires flexibility, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced, 24/7 hotel environment. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Safety & Security: The safety and security of our guests and associates is of utmost importance to Crescent. Every Crescent associate should adhere to the hotel security policies and procedures, particularly regarding key controls, lifting heavy objects, using chemicals, and effectively reporting safety hazards and safety concerns.
