Job Summary

You will support the team responsible for planning and execution across all media platforms globally. You will have passion for Entertainment and a deep understanding of media nuances and creative best practices by market in order to help drive strategy and measure success. You will be responsible for working with the agency and internal teams, demonstrating experience in building and executing multiple media campaigns simultaneously.

Key Qualifications:



  • Solid background in Entertainment marketing ideally across the Globe
  • Ability to manage to a bigger picture but also willing to roll up their sleeves and dig in.
  • You will have 4-6 yrs of experience in a media strategy role across TV, TV Online, CTV, Digital, Social, Radio, OOH and Search
  • Depth of knowledge with campaign performance, building action plans from these insights and the ability to bring the story forward to various levels of stakeholder
  • A general understanding and use case in measuring impact business impact ranging from Consumer Research and Media Mix Model
  • Knowledge in Growth Marketing media campaigns optimizing to subscriptions, building data-driven campaigns.


Description:



  • You will collaborate closely with the agency and creative teams to drive planning and flawless execution of integrated worldwide media campaigns across the full funnel.
  • Assist in weekly reporting and storytelling to various stakeholders bringing forward key stories and insights in a digestible and often visual format
  • Provide creative best practices, based on media performance, to internal teams to drive high-performing campaigns.
  • Analyze KPI's, work with the teams to set and measure against benchmarks on an ongoing basis to drive optimizations and ensure campaigns are maximizing performance
  • Review historical campaign data & industry insights to help make informed decisions on campaigns
  • You will work across the US and International markers to disseminate information and collaboration.
  • You will partner with Marcom and agency analytics teams to ensure proper reporting plans are communicated
  • Partner in monitoring of consumer media consumption trends and applying those insights to future campaign strategies.
  • Work with markets and agency to ensure they are adhering to company standards


Education

Bachelor's Degree preferred

Additional Requirements

Entertainment Client Media or Media Agency experience needed.
