KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, HR Digital to join our Talent & Culture organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead configuration and enhancement of ServiceNow HRSD module, including case management, onboarding/offboarding, and document workflows
  • Manage security group assignments and access provisioning across development, test, stage, and production environments; troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, including DocuSign and OpenText integration failures, and coordinate with IT and vendor teams as needed
  • Design and maintain custom tables, activity sets, and task triggers to support HR processes; develop logic-based workflows for notifications, provisioning profiles, and document routing to streamline HR operations
  • Serve as project lead for ServiceNow modernization initiatives, including lifecycle events and HR case management upgrades; coordinate with cross-functional teams (HR COEs, IT, Procurement, Vendor Management) to gather requirements, align priorities, and deliver enhancements; facilitate workshops, deep dives, and stakeholder surveys to assess adoption, gather feedback, and identify improvement opportunities
  • Standardize and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow workflows, integrations, and scheduled jobs to support transparency and knowledge sharing
  • Ensure compliance with governance standards and participate in platform strategy discussions and roadmap planning
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
  • Minimum five years of recent experience in process engineering or HR systems, with minimum two years focused on ServiceNow HRSD
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in information systems, HR Technology, or related field
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, case management, and employee lifecycle processes; ability to translate business processes into functional specifications and user stories
  • Experience managing platform access, integrations, and workflow logic; ability to lead UAT cycles, develop test plans/scripts, and ensure quality assurance of deliverables; experience identifying and executing opportunities to automate manual processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stakeholder demos preferred; competence in compiling stakeholder data into meaningful reports and dashboards preferred
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment; excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

California Salary Range: $87800 - $185000
