The R&R Product Coordinator will be a key support for Product, Inventory, Operations, and Marketing teams in management of SKU level information. The ownership of this role is critical for the on-time launch of product plans into stores.
The R&R Product Coordinator will be a key support for Product, Inventory, Operations, and Marketing teams in management of SKU level information. The ownership of this role is critical for the on-time launch of product plans into stores.
This candidate is highly organized and detail oriented, with a knack and love for finding and maintaining accurate data systems. They also are proactive around communication around project status, complications, and solutions. They can communicate clearly around issues and provide suggested solutions, with an acknowledgement of how to change their message depending on the audience.
Scope of Responsibilities
POS SKU creation
- Must develop a deep understanding of the POS system, how it operates, and how to develop new items in the system.
- Responsible for creating new SKUs as needed by the R&R and eShop Team. This includes new product SKUs, marketing promotions, ingredients, and recipes.
- Price Changes on an annual, seasonal, and ad-hoc basis
- Cost changes on an annual basis
- Backup support for external POS management team and Disney Partners
- Knowledge of other company systems to gather information for item development and management (DevEx, Intervals, SAP).
Mobile Order
- Develop and manage SKU creation for any future development on Mobile or in-store kiosk ordering
- Coordinate with Operations on SOP documents for execution, inclusive of pricing checklist or other communication tools.
- Monitor performance of sales for SKU troubleshooting
DevEx
- Development of SKUs in DevEx as needed and directed by the product team for R&R and eShop.
- Cross-functional collaboration with project management to make sure SKUs are set up in a timely and correct manner.
Linelist and Seasonal Assortment Organization
- Create and edit seasonal assortment documents for cross-functional use. Includes making sure SKUs, pricing, and images are correct based on the assortment determined by the product team.
- Manage information from linelists into rollout formats for store launches (pricing, sku numbers, images)
Communication
- Monitor Product Inbox for communication around pricing and promotions control documents, filing in appropriate folders for annual auditing
- Contribute information for rollouts and presentations where required
Logistics
- Manage physical product samples when necessary
- New division level vendor setup- collect documents from new vendors and coordinate with AP on setup
Admin (30% of time)
- Creating, entering, and tracking purchase orders for R&R team and log within budget trackers for functions (Marketing, Business Development, Operations, Product).
- Meeting & events support - scheduling, booking rooms, ordering supplies, managing attendee list, etc.
- Communicate to team around events
- Division mailroom management- shipping of samples, marketing materials, and other key items to stores and/or vendors as needed. Annual vendor gift shipping management. Support new store opening shipping needs.
- Assign new employee POS access on a weekly basis to facilitate the store onboarding process
- Maintain shared calendars and project plans in Smartsheets and other applications as necessary
Specific Knowledge & Skills
Minimum Education & Experience Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, or Analytics preferred.
- 2 years restaurant or retail experience preferred.
- Experience with retail point of sale (POS) a bonus.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Strong competency in attention to detail, communication, and organization.
Physical, Mental and Environmental Requirements

- Must be able to concentrate for extended periods of time paying close attention to detail
- Works in a regular office or home office environment
- Weekday hours with many cross-functional team members located in the Pacific Time Zone
