Northwell Health's Sponsorship and Experience team is seeking an entry-level Sponsorship Associate to provide administrative and operational support for the organization's sponsorship and events portfolio. This role will assist in the coordination and execution of sponsorship assets, hospitality elements, and portfolio management activities while supporting the day-to-day functions of the team.

The Sponsorship Associate will work closely with team members to ensure accurate tracking, timely execution, and consistent delivery of sponsorship commitments. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual interested in building foundational experience in sponsorship management and experiential marketing within a large, mission-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Support the distribution and tracking of sponsorship assets across platforms and programs
  • Assist with hospitality coordination and on-site or virtual sponsorship support
  • Maintain sponsorship documentation, reporting, and portfolio tracking tools
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to the Sponsorship and Experience team

  • Assist with internal coordination and communication related to sponsorship initiatives

Aids translation of complex and technical capabilities into marketing speak (messaging) that resonates with the target audience. Assists in brand and product positioning by developing brand awareness programs.

Job Responsibility



  • Aids translation of complex and technical capabilities into marketing speak (messaging) that resonates with the target audience.
  • Assists in brand and product positioning by developing brand awareness programs.
  • Assists in developing and executing new marketing materials, case studies, website content and competitive research with training and guidance from the team.
  • Helps in creating aspects of outbound marketing program management, such as messaging development, audience definition, sales feedback and communication, creative coordination and results analysis.
  • Helps develop go-to-market plans and sales materials for new offerings or updated platform capabilities.
  • Assists internal stakeholders to develop content and to gather feedback and roll-out.
  • Assists collaboration with external stakeholders on various marketing content and communication initiatives.
  • Assists team leaders to define objectives and goals, evaluate partners, develop messaging and creative, and execute programs according to timelines and budgets.
  • Operates with direct guidance and work assignments are generally straightforward and of moderate complexity.

Job Qualification




  • Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
  • 0-1 years of relevant experience, required.



Highly Preferred:



  • Open to working hybrid.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Sports Management or related fields.
