Position Summary: This role is a strategic executive product leader responsible for defining and driving the Growth and Engagement Platform vision, strategy, and roadmap. This platform will provide the foundational services, APIs, and tools-including website infrastructure, content management systems, marketing automation, and AI services-that empower user growth, adoption, and retention across the enterprise. Operating with a "Think Big" mindset, this role drives innovation and strategic convergence to identify opportunities that leapfrog the market in service of the overall corporate strategy. They establish strong, consistent partnerships with senior leaders, build executive alignment, and serve as a trusted strategic partner to peers and business constituents. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Discovery & Strategy / Customer Obsessed: Reimagine end-to-end customer experiences and develop durable long-term strategies for the Growth and Engagement Platform. Define the internal and external services, APIs, and components required to build a world-class platform, with a focus on leveraging AI/ML models for hyper-personalization, segmentation, and predictive analytics. Create an environment that encourages an experimental mindset and data-driven decision making. Collaboration & Influence / Trusted Partner: Build executive alignment by serving as a strategic partner to peers and coordinate with key product teams across the organization with a single platform vision in mind. Evangelize the platform's capabilities, especially its AI/ML services, to drive adoption across all business units, while coaching team members to coordinate across shared capabilities. Outcomes Orientated Delivery & Insights Driven: Leverage a holistic view of metrics to manage the portfolio, assess risk, track dependencies, and make trade-off decisions. Develop and nurture a culture of data-driven decision-making across teams, role modeling the use of data and judgment to lead through ambiguity and critical prioritizations.
