WORKDAY PRODUCT MANAGER The Workday Product Manager acts as the business-side owner of McGough's Workday ecosystem, ensuring the platform drives measurable business outcomes across Core HCM, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning, Advanced Compensation, Workforce Management and Employee Engagement. This role partners closely with HR leadership, IT/IS, and Program Management to define, deliver, and continuously improve Workday capabilities that align with organizational and people strategy. This individual defines business justification for investments, prioritizes the roadmap, monitors adoption and ROI, and acts as the bridge between employees, people managers, HR stakeholders, executive sponsors, and technical delivery teams. They are accountable for ensuring Workday remains stable, compliant, relevant, and value-generating long after deployment. This role maintains awareness of how Workday fits within broader business capabilities and adjacent systems, and collaborates with domain-level leadership to support coherent, cross-platform outcomes. In addition to roadmap ownership and optimization, this role is responsible for defining, developing and delivering the enablement strategy for Workday, including hands-on training and capability development to ensure employees, managers, and HR teams can effectively adopt and sustain Workday-driven processes. Employee may be required to visit construction jobsites which may expose the employee to dirt, dust, uneven surfaces, outdoor weather conditions and extreme temperatures. *************************************************************************************************************************************** In alignment with our commitment to pay transparency, the base salary range for this position is $138,000 to $163,000, excluding fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you join McGough, your final base salary will be determined by several factors, including geography, location, skills, education, and experience. Furthermore, we place significant value on pay equity among our current team members as part of any final job offer. Please note that the range provided above reflects the hiring range for this role. Hiring near the top end of this range would be atypical, as we aim to allow room for future salary growth. Additionally, McGough offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
