Program Manager, Principal LinkedIn Twitter Email Message Share Management --> Principal Level Norfolk, VA * ID: G2026-02-001 * Full-Time/Regular Clearance Requirement: Active TS Clearance is required to start Travel Requirements: >10% Location: Other SUMMARY: WR has an opportunity for a Program Manager, Principal to lead a support staff of engineers, logistics personnel, and technicians while managing an OTHR product for a government customer. Position responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following: Oversee overall program costs, including logistics, testing, performance factors, and delivery of assigned documentation. Provide direct OTHR program management leadership, including sustainment, integration, and coordination of cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of program objectives. Candidates must possess the following knowledge, skills, and experience: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, or Business (Master's degree preferred). Seven (7)+ years of experience in Acquisition Management. Two (2)+ years of experience supporting OTHR projects or programs. PMP and/or DAWIA certifications desired but not required. The selected candidate will be required to pass a pre-employment third-party background check which may include verification of any of the following: Employment history; Education and/or certifications; Criminal history; Driving Records; Other records or information related to the candidate's suitability for the position.
