SUMMARY: WR has an opportunity for a Program Manager, Principal to lead a support staff of engineers, logistics personnel, and technicians while managing an OTHR product for a government customer.


Position responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:


  • Oversee overall program costs, including logistics, testing, performance factors, and delivery of assigned documentation.
  • Provide direct OTHR program management leadership, including sustainment, integration, and coordination of cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of program objectives.



Candidates must possess the following knowledge, skills, and experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, or Business (Master's degree preferred).
  • Seven (7)+ years of experience in Acquisition Management.
  • Two (2)+ years of experience supporting OTHR projects or programs.
  • PMP and/or DAWIA certifications desired but not required.
