Principal HR Data Analyst
Overview The Principal HR Data Analyst is responsible for delivering trusted, well-governed people data and advanced analytics to support strategic workforce decisions. This role serves as a steward of HR data, ensuring data integrity, consistency, security, and appropriate data sharing across the organization. The position partners closely with HR leadership, IT, Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders to establish strong data governance practices and enable responsible, data-driven decision-making. Typical tasks of the position include, but are not limited to HR Analytics & Insights
Analysis and interpretation of HR data related to workforce planning, talent acquisition, retention, compensation, performance, engagement, and DEI initiatives
