We are seeking an experienced HV Design and Release Engineer to lead the design, development, and release of high-voltage power outlet and consumer charging systems. This role supports internal combustion, electric, and electrified platforms and requires deep technical expertise in electrical systems, charging technologies, and high-voltage safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and release high-voltage power outlet systems, including DC-to-AC inverters and high-current charging components
• Develop and manage technical requirements to ensure system performance, safety, and regulatory compliance
• Lead PPAP activities, including understanding and execution of PPAP levels 0-3
• Create and maintain 3D models and design documentation using CATIA or similar CAD tools
• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate charging systems within vehicle electrical architectures
• Support validation, testing, and issue resolution throughout the product lifecycle
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers
• Stay current on emerging charging technologies, global standards, and high-voltage system requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering (Master's preferred)
• 5+ years of experience designing and releasing high-voltage or consumer charging systems
• Experience with AC/DC charging systems, embedded systems, and automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN)
• Knowledge of functional safety and regulatory standards (ISO 26262, UL, IEC)
• Proficiency with CATIA, Teamcenter, and 3D modeling tools
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
