Job Description

SUMMARY:

The Senior Manager, Global Total Rewards is responsible for designing, planning, and implementing global compensation, benefits, and wellness programs, policies, and procedures. This role partners closely with HR leadership, team members, and crossfunctional stakeholders to ensure total rewards strategies align with organizational goals and supports a positive employee experience. The Senior Manager will lead global compensation strategy, oversee benefits program evaluation, and drive continuous improvement across all total rewards initiatives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Total Rewards (Compensation & Benefits):

  • Serve as the subject matter expert on global total rewards offerings, including compensation philosophy, benefits strategy, and program governance.
  • Design, manage, assess, and administer competitive global compensation, benefits, and rewards programs that strengthen the organization's ability to attract and retain talent.
  • Conduct ongoing evaluation of global compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness, internal equity, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Partner crossfunctionally to identify and implement strategies that manage rising benefits costs while maintaining a strong employee experience.
  • Support compensation initiatives including salary structure development, job architecture, merit cycle design and implementation, payforperformance frameworks, variable pay programs, and global benchmarking.
  • Design, implement, and manage comprehensive sales compensation plans that align with organizational goals, ensure market competitiveness, and drive desired sales performance outcomes.
  • Prepare total rewards metrics, dashboards, and insights to support decisionmaking and strategic planning.
  • Participate in adhoc projects related to total rewards and continuous improvement initiatives to support the longterm strategic direction of the organization.

Compliance:

  • Maintain and document policies, procedures, and updates to Employee Handbooks related to compensation and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements related to compensation, benefits, and employment practices.
  • Support audit activities and maintain accurate documentation related to compensation and benefits programs.
  • Maintain global job classifications and ensure consistent application of job evaluation and leveling frameworks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field; equivalent education and/or experience considered.
  • 7 years of progressive HR experience with a strong focus on compensation, benefits, or total rewards.
  • Knowledge of HR and payroll policies and procedures.
  • Strong understanding of compensation principles, benefits administration, market pricing, job evaluation, and global rewards practices.
  • Experience designing and administering compensation programs, including salary structures, variable pay, and sales compensation.
  • Familiarity with SOX compliance and governance related to compensation and benefits programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, model scenarios, and develop insights that inform strategic decisions.
  • Demonstrates strong critical thinking, communication, and problemsolving skills, coupled with exceptional attention to detail, organizational abilities, and the capacity to work effectively across functions and levels.
  • Consistently exercises initiative, ownership, and sound judgment in prioritizing and delivering highquality work within established deadlines.
