Pediatric Cancer Care | MaineHealth Barbara Bush Children's Hospital | MaineHealth

• Full-time 40 hours per week
• Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM
• Fully on site at 100 Campus Drive Scarborough, ME

We are seeking a detailoriented candidate with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a proven track record of reliability to join our team.

In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our patients and families, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment. You will handle incoming phone calls, manage patient scheduling, process referrals, and perform administrative tasks that help keep our practice running smoothly.We are a patient-centered team that values communication, professionalism, and a supportive work environment.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
2. License/Certifications: N/A
3. Experience: Previous office experience with medical office experience preferred.
4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Proficient computer skills.
