Rivian is seeking a Photo Retoucher to join our internal creative team. This role supports the production and curation of world-class photography across internal and external channels. You'll work closely with photographers, art directors, marketing team and the vehicle design team members to bring Rivian's vision to life through precise, high-quality image retouching - while also occasionally supporting capture efforts behind the lens.

• Retouch and color correct high-volume photography assets for digital, print, and internal use
  Maintain visual consistency across image sets in accordance with brand standards
• Organize, manage, and archive digital image assets and editing files
• Collaborate with photographers, producers, and creatives to ensure final assets meet Rivian's quality and brand guidelines
• Assist on photo shoots as a photographer or digital tech when needed (studio and in-field)
• Prepare images for various platforms, including web, social, and presentations
• Ensure deadlines are met in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Stay current on trends, techniques, and tools in photo retouching and post-production

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Lightroom) Capture One Pro, Figma, and Frame IO
• A solid foundation in photography or CGI, with experience shooting in natural and controlled environments
• Understanding of lighting, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a creative team
• Strong organizational skills and comfort handling large volumes of assets

Preferred

• Automotive or outdoor/lifestyle photography experience
• Motion or video editing experience
• Ai or CGI experience
• Familiarity with digital asset management systems (e.g. Frame.io, Brandfolder)
  
  

"Salary Range/Hourly Rate for California Based Applicants: $121,500 - $151,900 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).

Benefits Summary: Rivian provides robust medical/Rx, dental and vision insurance packages for full-time and part-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26. Full Time Employee coverage is effective on the first day of employment. Part-Time employee coverage is effective the first of the month following 90 days of employment."
