KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Post-Quantum Cryptographyto join our Advisory Services practice.

Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the go-to-market strategy for our quantum security offerings by providing market insights and analysis
  • Support client engagements by developing and assisting in the delivery of compelling presentations and business cases to drive client acquisition
  • Manage project workstreams and contribute to a high-performance delivery team to achieve project goals and quality standards
  • Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, such as co-authoring whitepapers and presenting at industry events; mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and industry knowledge
  • Implement and refine new methodologies and scalable service models tailored to quantum security, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:
  • Minimum five years of recent experience in Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) implementation and/or performance testing, which includes: Integrating PQC algorithms into applications, protocols (like TLS), and services; experience with cryptographic libraries and providers (e.g., Open Quantum Safe, Bouncy Castle) or benchmarking the performance impact of PQC on system latency and throughput
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; master's degree is a plus
  • Proven ability to manage consulting projects, contribute to practice growth, and lead project teams in a dynamic environment
  • Experience working with technology partners to deliver integrated solutions
  • Familiarity with global quantum security regulations and critical infrastructure mandates
  • Strong ability to engage senior client stakeholders and translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes
  • Experience contributing to go-to-market narratives and supporting practice visibility through industry participation
  • Travel up to 30%
