KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Post-Quantum Cryptographyto join our Advisory Services practice. Responsibilities: Contribute to the go-to-market strategy for our quantum security offerings by providing market insights and analysis Support client engagements by developing and assisting in the delivery of compelling presentations and business cases to drive client acquisition Manage project workstreams and contribute to a high-performance delivery team to achieve project goals and quality standards Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, such as co-authoring whitepapers and presenting at industry events; mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and industry knowledge Implement and refine new methodologies and scalable service models tailored to quantum security, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment Qualifications: Minimum five years of recent experience in Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) implementation and/or performance testing, which includes: Integrating PQC algorithms into applications, protocols (like TLS), and services; experience with cryptographic libraries and providers (e.g., Open Quantum Safe, Bouncy Castle) or benchmarking the performance impact of PQC on system latency and throughput Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; master's degree is a plus Proven ability to manage consulting projects, contribute to practice growth, and lead project teams in a dynamic environment Experience working with technology partners to deliver integrated solutions Familiarity with global quantum security regulations and critical infrastructure mandates Strong ability to engage senior client stakeholders and translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes Experience contributing to go-to-market narratives and supporting practice visibility through industry participation Travel up to 30% Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
