About the Role

As a Business Development Executive II, you'll lead strategic growth initiatives by building executive-level relationships and driving large-scale opportunities through RFPs and innovative proposals. What You'll Do
- Own a strategic national account with complex variables and significant financial impact, managing high-value opportunities that drive company growth.
- Lead capture strategies for major RFPs and unsolicited proposals, aligning customer priorities with TD SYNNEX's value propositions.
- Act as a subject matter expert across multiple vendor technologies and TD SYNNEX programs, crafting end-to-end solutions that meet evolving public sector needs.
- Develop innovative approaches to uncover new business opportunities, leveraging vendor portfolios and adjacent technologies.
- Deliver executive-ready presentations and reports at customer sites and virtually, showcasing insights and strategic recommendations.
- Create demand and engagement through seminars, training sessions, and resource-awareness initiatives for assigned customers.
- Analyze program performance and communicate results, risks, and growth strategies to internal stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and technology advancements to maintain a competitive edge.
- Travel monthly to partner sites while working effectively in a remote environment.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 6-8 years in sales, preferably within public sector or complex enterprise environments.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of technology solutions and vendor products; ability to identify whitespace and deliver strategic solutions.
- Relationships: Established connections with key vendor contacts and executive stakeholders.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and collaboration abilities; strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Mindset: Independent, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with productivity tools and virtual collaboration platforms.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel and occasionally work non-standard hours; remote/work-from-home capability.
