Job Summary: The Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain applications used in Great Wolf Resorts' attractions, as well as the underlying game platforms. This role focuses on full-stack software development, hardware integrations, and system architecture, including integration with relational databases (MySQL). The engineer will work closely with engineers, designers, and QA to ensure robust and scalable solutions. This is a Full Time Salaried Position. The individual in this role will be based out of Great Wolf's Headquarters located in Madison, WI. The office operates on a hybrid-remote schedule (M/F remote work and T/W/TH in-office). Estimated Salary Range: $110,000 - $120,000 annual base salary An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of Great Wolf's total compensation package. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and other perks.
