McKesson's Macro Helix team is seeking aStrategic Account Manager.

The Strategic Account Manager will be the primary contact for strategic accounts and will provide value to these accountsparticipatingin both Macro Helix andMcKessonenterprise products and services. This Strategic Account Manager will serve as both theprimaryinternal and external customer liaison, as the customer advocate, including monitoring, and supporting all activity through theappropriate partof our organization and broader McKesson enterprise.Candidates can be located anywhere in the US.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpersonal communication and collaboration torepresentMacro Helix at apharmacy levelto c-suite,requiring routinescheduled calls and ongoing communication

  • Develop understanding of customer business and strategic needsand priorities

  • Developand delivereffectivequarterly business reviews (QBR)at all levels of the organization up to c-suite

  • Deliver weekly,monthlyand quarterly status and results presentations to internal and externalstakeholders

  • Rapidly perform exploratory data analysis, generate and test working hypotheses, and uncover interesting trends and relationshipsto seek innovative solutions for 340B program optimization to maximize net benefit

  • Identifynew opportunitieswith a OneMcKesson enterprisemindset onproducts and services, partnering with sales to aid in potential forcontractexpansion

  • Leverage technical tools and quantitative data to manage multiple customer portfolio contract success, high customersatisfactionand customer renewal

  • Prepare insights reporting, including analysis and research

  • Develop and implement client relationship management strategies

  • Identifyopportunities in McKesson software and servicesby staying engagedwith sales partners

  • Liaisonand dynamic leader in partnering withsales, customer service, product, IT,financeand operations departments

  • Provide input, servingas an ongoing resourceand technical expertonproductsand serviceswith internal teams

  • Act as subject matter experton theassigned customerportfolio

  • Facilitateissuesresolution through multiple channels within the broader McKesson enterprise.

  • Manage special projects based on customer key initiatives

  • Maintainpremiercustomer satisfaction measured throughdirect customer surveys

MinimumRequirements

Degree or equivalent and typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience.

Education

4-year degree in related fieldorequivalent experience.

Critical Skills

  • 2+ years' experience in customer serviceor account management

  • 1+ years in healthcare technology

  • Proficient in theutilizationofweb-based training applications (WebEx, MS Teams, etc.)

  • Proficientin CRM software such asSalesForce

  • Proficient withallMicrosoft Office Suite of products (Office, Fabric,PowerApps,Power BI, Power Reports)

  • Proficient inself organization,motivationand execution

  • Working knowledge in data mining and analysis

Additional Skills

  • 1+ years in compliancepreferred

  • 1+ year in government affairspreferred

  • 340B ACE preferred

  • Confident communication (written and oral) skills and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all levels of internal and external organizations

  • A dynamic focus onrelationship, able toascertaintrust through communication, expectationsettingand execution of planned deliverables.

  • Business acumen, sound decision making, analytical and organization skills in afast pacedenvironment; whilst managing complex client relationships

  • Project and program management experience; knowledge of key concepts including implementation, phases, plans, deliverables,scopeand tasks

  • Determination for innovation within healthcare technology and dissatisfaction with status quo - always seeking ways to improve and grow assigned accounts

  • Working knowledge of salesand contractlifecycle

  • Working knowledge of software implementation

  • Working knowledge of EDI and other interfacing/integration industry standards.

  • Working knowledge of data flows across various platforms, such as but not limited to: SFTP, Snowflake, secure email applications

  • Working knowledge of Workday

  • Working knowledge of the hospital revenue cycle

  • Willing to take ownership and lead by example

  • Positive, professional demeanor and presentation in all internal and client interactions

  • Priorhospital andretail pharmacy operations knowledge.

  • Prior account management experience.

  • Prior exposure and/or knowledge of 340B.

  • Proven ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment and effectively manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines and prioritize conflicting demands.

  • Self-starter with the ability to work well independently as well asestablishand adhere to deadlines.

  • Ability to handle difficult and complex situations with ease.

  • Handle incoming customer requests and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.

Working Conditions

  • Able to travel approximately 20% domestically

Mustbe authorized towork in the US unrestricted - This position is not eligible for sponsorship.

This role is a hybrid position. The selected candidate is expected to work on-site at our Las Colinas office a minimum of two (2) days per week, with the remaining days worked remotely. Specific in-office days may be designated based on team needs and business priorities.

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$63,400 - $105,600
